Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and BizReflex LLC-FZ (“we”, “us”) governing your use of TaskNeuron.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don’t break the law, abuse the Service, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, scrape or overload the platform, or infringe others’ rights.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the goals, plans, tasks, and files you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it back to you — including sending it to AI providers to generate the output you request. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to generate plans and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and is provided as-is for your evaluation. It is not professional (legal, financial, medical, or other) advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or acting on it.

5. Plans, quotas & billing

The Service may offer free and paid tiers with usage quotas. Features and limits for each tier are described in the Service and may change. Where paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by a new version and effective date, and we may ask you to re-accept. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & your local rights

The Service is available to users worldwide. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. However, if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.
